Today, we worked on “It’s Not You; It’s Me.” We quickly realized that we had only recorded the guitar track to that song… so I laid down a scratch vocal track, and outlined the structure of the song with markers on Logic (since we had to make the switch over from ProTools to make it happen at Momz). Craig is working out a drum part. We’ve worked so much on 3 of my songs, that I forget that the other 5 have to be learned, and the other parts have to be created for them. I hope the inspiration is strong, so we can keep plugging away at a reasonable speed.
Craig is doing an amazing job. Let’s keep going strong. Get all these things organized. Complete the album we’ve all been waiting for.
